Dorothy E. Fisher, 89, of Warren, passed away on Friday evening, June 11, 2021 at Trumbull Regional Medical Center in Warren, Ohio. She was born on August 15, 1931 in Hazelton, West Virginia, the daughter of Renzie and Effie Cupp.

Dorothy is survived by her two sons, Eugene Fisher of Champion, Ohio and Terry Fisher of Warren, Ohio; her daughter, Annette Fisher of Warren, Ohio; her two granddaughters, Suzanne Fisher-Edwards of Columbus, Ohio and Brittney Fisher of Warren, Ohio; her grandson, Matthew Fisher of Warren, Ohio and her brother, Delbert Cupp of Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Leamon Fisher, her son, Gary Fisher and her daughter, Dianne Fisher; her two sisters, Pauline DeBerry and Flossie Reckart and her two brothers, Jim Cupp and Paul Cupp.

The family would like to thank Wendy Toole, her nurse and friend and Norma Bird, her aid and friend for their compassionate care.

A graveside service will be held in Markleysburg, Pennsylvania at Thomas Cemetery on June 26, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
