Warren - Anthony Patrick "Tony" Ainsley-Perry, 29, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, May 7, 2021.

Although he was only 29 at the time of his passing, Tony affected many people in his lifetime.

He was born on November 15, 1991 in Warren, Ohio and graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 2010.

Survivors include his mother, Treva Ainsley Perry; his sister, Alyssa Perry; his son, Jace Anthony Ainsley (Westover); his grandmothers, Cheryl Faulkner and Julia Shader and his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Patrick Perry Jr.; his grandfathers, Robert N. Ainsley Jr. and Joseph Patrick Perry Sr.; and his Aunt Bunny (Ainsley) Wilcox.

Tony will be missed greatly by his family members and life-long friends.

Tony had a love for music and a great passion for writing lyrics and fulfilled his dreams by performing at the Agora Theater in Cleveland, Ohio. He enjoyed camping with his friends and family. Tony was a loving and dedicated father. He lived life to the fullest and loved spending time with his son, family, friends and his dog, Aesop.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 1:00 pm. with a celebration of life to immediately follow at Life Church Leavittsburg, 610 South Leavitt Road, Leavittsburg, Ohio 44430.

In lieu of flowers or donations, we ask that you take a moment to hug your child, grandchild, friend, or walk in the woods for a moment, an hour or a day. Time waits for no one.

I am so very sorry to everyone with the loss of Tony. This young man has visited me many times over the years at my business the Putt-Putt of Warren. He was always so kind and spoke to me with much respect. I truly enjoyed the time over the past few years I had the opportunity to spend with him and his family/ friends.
