Barbara Ellen Straw, 60, entered God's peace on June 29th, 2020 after a long fight with COPD.

Born January 7th, 1960, the 10th of 11 children born to Duane and Elizabeth Decker.

Barb is survived by her children, Michael J. Straw of Warren, Teresa M. Straw of Warren, and Sarah E. Richard of Warren, and her two grandchildren, Gavin & Jeffrey.

She also leaves to cherish her memory, her siblings: Theodore (Holly) Decker of Hahira, GA, Victor (Lori) Decker of Niles, Duanne Royse of Warren, Toni (Les) Angel of Warren, Karen Decker of Newton Falls, Annette Von Bergen of Warren and Tracy Decker of Warren.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, Duane "Buck" Decker and two sisters, Louise Nelson and Priscilla "Cookie" Dietz.

The family has chosen no services, but to grieve privately together. In lieu of flowers, consideration should be given to the American Lung Association.

I was so sorry to see the loss of my school friend Barb Decker Straw. Me and Barb had some crazy times growing up in Braceville Ohio. I am so sorry for all of you with the loss of you Mom and sister. Although no words can really ease your pain and loss, know that my prayers and thoughts are with you all. Wishing you all peace and strength during this difficult time. Rest in Peace my friend
